Why 550
NHS England used 550 as the threshold for GP's streamlined route: score it and you went straight to offer, ranked ahead of candidates who went through a Selection Centre. Clinical Radiology's shortlisting cut-off in the 2025 round was 549.
It is a demanding target. The published band tables show roughly the top fifth of the cohort clear it. Professional Dilemmas is where most candidates lose the marks that would have taken them there: 4% reach Band 4 on PD, against 24% on the clinical paper.
What the four months include
A mentor who has sat it
A doctor who has sat the MSRA, not a coach working from a script. Someone who can tell you how the second paper behaves under time pressure because they have been through it.
Daily questions, weekly accountability
A question set each day and a check-in each week: what you did, what you avoided, and what changes this week. Most candidates fail on consistency, not ability.

Message your mentor directly. Stuck on a topic, unsure how to structure a week, or three days behind and unsure how to catch up — those are the points at which a direct answer is worth more than another practice question.
A cohort, not a queue
A group of candidates sitting the same exam in the same window, so questions and setbacks can be raised with people in the same position rather than worked through alone.

Built around your specialty. GP and Psychiatry rank you on the MSRA alone and weight Professional Dilemmas more heavily; Radiology uses it to shortlist and then drops it. Splitting your time evenly across the two papers is a mistake for most candidates, and which mistake depends on where you are applying.

What you get back, and what you have to do
If you score 550 or below, we refund the £500 in full. No partial credit and no credit against a future purchase.
In return, these five conditions have to be met. The platform counts each one for you:
- 90% of the question bank attempted — 2,200 questions, so 1,980 of them.
- All 10 mock papers completed under timed conditions.
- Flashcard reviews on at least half the deck — 2,101 cards are available.
- At least 100 disease library pages opened, and all three guides read.
- Weekly check-ins attended — you can miss two across the four months.
Claims are made within 28 days of your results being published, with a screenshot of your official score. One claim per person per sitting. The engagement figures used are the ones shown on your own dashboard, so there is nothing to dispute after the fact.
